Paloma Village Park

This gated community is comprised of 22 land leases so a sale doesn’t involve a fideicomiso bank trust. The home and its contents are chattels and sold as such. Our sale price includes the appliances, kitchenware, furniture, beds, TVs, decorations, etc. — everything less our personal effects and vehicles.

Paloma Village is an adult community. Children and grandchildren are welcome as visitors, but not as full-time residents. Rentals of any kind are not permitted, which keeps Paloma a genuine neighbourhood rather than a holiday rotation, and protects the privacy and continuity everyone came here for.
